Thursday? Already?

I wanted to write something yesterday but Mom wanted to sleep. Can't argue with that honestly, I was cuddled up next to her. Now I'm on the laptop as we're having a couch cuddle. Puppy is asleep and Mom doesn't want to get the camera. Pfft.

At least Mom is helping me with Mango's latest contest. Check out Mango's blog for details.

Monday Report

Well, I must say my birthday was pretty good. Except for the rain. That meant that we couldn't go on a hike like Mom wanted to. She promised me one later this week. With pictures she says. Cool!

I did get a nice walk this morning. I had to share it with Puppy, but there were plenty of squirrels to chase. It made for an interesting walk for Mom. See, I chased squirrels, Mom chased me and Puppy hung on for dear life in his chariot. Everyone seemed to have a good time, in my opinion anyway.

So I was able to flip through all the pictures Mom took while I was in Day Camp overnight a while back. Some cute animals. Some not so cute. This one though, doesn't this one look interesting? I feel the urge to chase it. Anyone want to join me?

Birthday Sunday!

It's my Birthday! I kept Mom up so that I could write at midnight! I had to share my WHOLE special day with everyone!

Mom feels guilty so I get to put up TWO pictures!

The first one is me at Granny's garden back at the end of August. I had to snoopervise the picking of tomatoes. I think this orange thing will have to come to our Pumpkin Massacre in November. He should be big enough by then.

Everything will change on Sunday! Sunday September 12 is my Birthday! I will be 5 years old. WOW. That's almost seniorhood for us Shar Peis. Mom wonders if I can get a senior's discount on dogfood. Good point, I should if I'm old enough shouldn't I?

I'm BACK!

I'm BACK!

Did you miss me?

Mom, Dad and Puppy went in one direction last week, and I went to Overnight Day Camp at the PetsHotel. Mom, Puppy, Grandma and Grandad rescued me today. Boy it's nice to be home! I missed THEM so much. Even though I get an awful lot of hugs and cuddles at the Hotel, it's nice to be home with my people. I've had to make sure all my napping places are in tip top shape today. I have NO IDEA where they went. Mom is still playing with the gazillion pictures she brought hom. So far, I've only seen 1 (ONE) of ME. That's so unfair.

In other news, this HUGE rainstorm showed up and Mom FORCED me outside. I refused to go farther than the step. I can hold my pee! I'm not going to pee in the rain! SO THERE!

I have to go and catch up with everyone. Mom and Dad didn't even leave me the laptop last week! HMPH!
