Mayhem Monday

Like I said yesterday, Mom, Dad and Puppy went to visit Grammy and Bionic Grampy.  Well wouldn't you know it, Mayhem was there too.  So I thought I'd let her post a bit.  I'm getting ear scratches from Mom out of this so it's worth it.  Sniff ya later -Bolo

Monday Morning Report!

Well, not much excitement here, except maybe for a bit of rain and a threat of someone taking a bath.  I'm hoping it wasn't me.  Puppy had a bath, but he likes them.  He doesn't get that from me!

So, here's a recent picture.  Mom was in dire need of a cuddle.  I obliged.  It's a tough job but somepuppy has to do it!

Did you miss me?  Bolo's Mom came to visit me!  Am I ever lucky!  She brought Puppy too!  He's at the perfect height for me to lick his face too!  

Ooops, Bolo might be angry, I'd better give him back his blog.  Don't miss me too much!  Mayhem out! Peace!

Bolo here.  That Mayhem!  She's only a year old so I can see why she's so enthusiastic, but WOW.  All that energy.  I'm going back for a nap.  I'm tired just listening to her.

Monday Morning Report!

Well, there were plenty of Noseventures going on this weekend, look for updates throughout the week, but I have to get this out first because Mom and I promised.

Part of my Noseventure included an emergency trip to the V-E-T because I got bitten by something and my face started to swell up to the point where my eyes were almost swollen shut.  I was still breathing ok but Mom wasn't taking ANY chances because my lips had started to swell up and were very hard to maneuver, so we headed into town - Me, Mom and Grammy.  I can't say I enjoyed the car ride too much, I was too busy trying to get comfortable and trying to scratch my nose, it was ITCHY!

So, Mom, Dad, Puppy, Grammy and Bionic Grampy and I, wish to thank this wonderful trio at Kingston Regional Pet Hospital, in Kingston, Ontario.

They don't seem to have a webpage or I would have linked to them.

I also heard that one of the staff there has a Pei of her own.  I'm sorry I missed meeting her, I'm sure she would have given awesome ear scratches.

Monday Morning Report!

Would you look at that!  It's Monday Morning and I'm blogging!

Unfortunately, there is nothing to report.  Sigh.  It's been rainy the last few days.  Blech.  I did manage a few outings to investigate the neighbourhood, but that's about it.  Nothing exciting, nothing new and not even any new pictures!

It's like Mom is afraid of her camera or something.  I'm wondering if it bit her.  Because if it bit her, I'll bite it back on Mom's behalf.

Oh, there was SOME fun stuff - no pictures of course.  The other day, I was sunbeaming (laying in a sunbeam - one of the few we've had this past week) and Puppy had a snack on the table.  Well, Puppy being a kind Puppy and knowing that sharing with your brofur is important, came over to me with a cracker and gently put it in my mouth.  Of course, when someone gives you penguin shaped cheese crackers, you automatically start chewing right?  Of course you do!  He brought me about four crackers, one at a time.  Later in the day, he fell on me.  Sigh.

I had a very panicy weekend.

Someone STOLE MY BACKYARD!

SEE?  Someone STOLE IT!  It's GONE! 

I have to admit, I was whiney and not at all happy to have it gone.  It did mean that I went on more walks with Mom and Dad, even one with Puppy and Mom, but still, that's MY BACKYARD!

Anyway, I don't know how Daddy did it, but he found it!  It's BACK!

PHEW!

I'm feeling MUCH better now.  I'll leave you with a picture of me on a walk up at Grammy and Bionic Grandpa's.

It was raining today.

What to do, what to do. Napping was top of my list but Puppy is racing around and it was hard to find a place where he wouldn't try and run me over. So we did a bit of racing:

It's been a busy weekend!

I had 3 good Noseventures!

First off all, I had to go with Mom, Dad and Puppy to the Vegetable and Fruit store and sniff the perimeter. A few people also came over to admire me.

After that we were off to the GARDEN CENTRE! Remember, we've been to the Garden Centre before! That was fun. Mom said we're going to be planting vegetables this year so it will be my job to Snoopervise the planting, growing and watering of the garden. How exciting! Don't worry, I'll be blogging about it too!

Finally, yesterday evening we went on an After Dinner Donut Run. I didn't get a whole donut, but Puppy shared a little bit with me. Not much but it's better than nothing right?

After all that excitement yesterday, I think I'm going to just going to spend this evening watching Puppy play.

I'm pretty sure there is something funny going on in my house.

How do I know? Good question. I'll tell ya.

There I was sleeping -

- that's me sleeping, Mom's flash is VERY bright, but I WAS sleeping. I was awake after the picture was taken, but you get the idea.

Anyway, there I was sleeping, when I heard a noise downstairs. So I barked and ran down the stairs to check out what was going on. Nothing. Not a single thing. I know there's something that's going on though, I just know it.

Any ideas on how I can figure it out? I was thinking of setting up the laptop and the the webcam and seeing if I could catch whatever was going on that way. Ideas? Suggestions?

Monday Report

I don't know about you, but I had a pretty boring day spent trying to keep myself entertained.

I chewed on a bone, had a nap, got up, had some water, had another nap. You know, the usual. I haven't yet mastered the art of playing with Puppy's Toys. Although he has a HUGE collection of stuffies I'd really like to get my teeth into, but all I hear when I get close to it is BOLO NO! LEAVE IT! Sigh.

Anyone do anything interesting today?

Well, other than being cold enough to freeze your ears off, today has been an pretty uneventful day.



I did have a bit of fun this past weekend though.

Friday I went to see my girlfriends and guyfriends at the PetsHotel. I got some serious cuddling from them. I think they missed me.

Saturday I was in charge of Dad and Puppy. Mom said so as she left that morning. I think I did a pretty good job. Everyone was AOK when she came home so I must have been an awesome Saturday Snoopervisor.

Sunday I had a NOSEVENTURE. As per usual, Mom didn't have her camera. She says it's because it was a spontaneous Noseventure. Well, ok. I guess. Spontaneous Noseventures are kind of awesome.

Anyway, we ended up at Great Granny's house! We all had lots of fun there and Puppy and I got to play with our cousins - nicknamed Chaos, Panic and Disorder. Mayhem wasn't there, which is ok, I had enough people to Snoopervise!

OK, time to go and warm up. I'm still cold from the last time I went out to do my thing!

Monday Report

We had A LOT of people over on Christmas morning. They were all running around MY floor. I handled it very well Mom said, but after a while I needed comforting. It's very stressful being a good host you know. Especially when there are 4 (yes, Puppy and our 3 cousins) children going all over the floor.

Anyway, eventually I went to Mom for cuddles. Sometimes you just need your Mom you know?


Mom would like me to remind you, that I weigh 70lbs. I don't know WHY she wants me to remind you of that, but apparently it's important to her that you know this.

Anyway, we survived Christmas! And I got my squirrels!

Mission Monday

Hi All! I'm still here. It's been pretty BORING around here. Other than a bit of snow. Puppy is starting to chase me around the floor and I'm not so sure I'm happy about that. He slides on the hardwood on his belly. He hasn't figured out how to use his feet, unless he's in his Ex-Pen, then he's standing all over the place. Weird.

Anyway, I had a MISSION yesterday!

I had to deliver a present to Grandma and Grandad. It was a box of cookies! Did Mom take a picture of the box - No. She's losing it guys. So if you find it, it's hers. Anyway, I had to go and deliver the box. Grandma and Grandad were out, but the driveway needed shoveling, so I snoopervised Mom shoveling the driveway! I also made sure to tell her to put deicer on the steps, they were pretty icy. Then we left the cookies on the kitchen counter.

Anyway, Mom hasn't taken any pictures of me with the new snow, so here's one from last year. We don't have NEAR that much snow. It's just a dusting.

I ran outside to do my thing this morning and almost slipped on the stairs! No warning given AT ALL.

I could have hurt myself! Grrr.

It's Monday! I'm pretty fresh from Adventures too!

Grandma and Grandad came and Puppy-napped Puppy. Which means I got quiet time with Mom. Oh, I LOVE quiet time with Mom. When Grandma, Grandad and puppy came back, we all went on NOSEVENTURES!
Here I am encouraging Grandma and Puppy to Hurry UP!

We headed over to see our neighbours, where Mom was prepared and fed them carrots.
Mr. Goat isn't the nicest of fellows so Mom threw his carrots into the field so Mr. Horse could enjoy his carrots leisurely.

Where too next? I'm ready for more NOSEVENTURES!

Well, it was a very busy weekend here with Hallowe'en. Here's how Dad did up the house:

I snoopervised the installation. And today I snoopervised him taking everything down. Like I said, it's been a busy weekend.

I do have a gift for my fellow Peis Lola and Franklin though. Apparently, someone keeps stealing their leaves. I have plenty.
You can take the snow too.

I didn't do much this year for Hallowe'en except snoopervise, but here's a great picture of me at our 2007 setting up.
