Movie Monday!

My Bionic Grandpa had a birthday last week so we all ended up at Bionic Grandpa and Grammy's house.

In case you don't know, Bionic Grandpa and Grammy live in the middle of a forest with a lake in their backyard.

Mom made a movie of me doing my absolute FAVORITE activity when we visit Bionic Grandpa and Grammy.

Hey! Look! Another blog post!

Hey there!  Look!  I have another blog post this week!  Old picture, but another post!  Hurray!

I'd like to report that I got the all clear from my Vet - plus a WHOLE bunch of ear scratches and nose kisses.

That's about all the news from me.  I think maybe I'll go for a nap.  There's a bit of room here under Mom's desk if anyone else needs a nap.

Wednesday Weekly Wrap Up

So I looked at my blog roll and realized I had missed almost a WEEK of peoples blogs!  I am SO sorry!  I feel like I've missed so many things!  Mom and I are reading everything now to try and catch up.

I've been pretty busy, lots of playing needs to be done.  Naps to take.  I'm still not getting as many adventures as I want, but that darn weather just freezes a pei right through his wrinkles!

Puppy has gotten very good at playing with me.  See:

Mom tried to get both of our faces, but Puppy was too fast and Mom was using her iPod.  But you get a pretty good look at me playing with my rope.  Puppy was playing tug.  He's getting better, but I can still keep the rope away from him.

Mom says I have to go back to the Vet tonight and that they're going to try and steal my pee again.  Can't say I'm looking forward to that.

Wednesday's Weekly Wrap Up

Well, I've been eating this wet food for a week now.  It's ok.  Mom is a little worried because I don't gulp it down when she puts my dish in my eating place.  I just need to take my time, eventually I eat it.  Well, most of it anyway.  Mom and Dad got me the good stuff.  Apparently it was on sale.

Not bad eh?  

I can't say I enjoy getting those big orange pills though.  I was hoping Ann T Biotics would be a new Facebook friend.  Apparently NOT.  

The camera hasn't come back out AT ALL.  Horribly unfair, I've been sleeping on the new sofa and everything and NOT ONE PICTURE.  Mom is such a slacker.  

Everyone here has a cold, they're all coughing and sneezing.  Luckily, Puppy hasn't come up to ME and tried to wipe his nose on me.  He'll do that to Mom and Dad, I don't stand still long enough when he's around.

That's about all my news.  Freezing Rain and really cold temperatures are condemning me to taking much shorter walks than I'd like.

My Tuesday Adventure

Yeah, I do. 

Well, I had an Adventure today.  I had to go to the V-E-T.  I've been having some...uhm...issues. 

Anyway, off we went to the V-E-T.  I like my vets very much, they're fantastic ladies and the Vet Techs and Reception ladies are just so wonderful to me and give me oodles of kisses and lovin' so I don't mind going there.  Well today, one of those lovely med techs tried to steal my pee!  What a weird feeling to have someone following you to steal pee!  I kept turning around to see what she was doing,

Finally my lovely vet came to get me.  She gives good kisses.  I like her.  Until it was time to get my temperature taken.  Yeah, 'nuff said about THAT!

Apparently, I have crystals in my urine.  Not good, but the Vet said I'd have to be good friends with Ann T Biotics for the next 21 days and that Mom and Dad would have to feed me wet food and with added water so that I can get all those crystals out.

I go back to see the lovely vet ladies in 2 weeks.  I hope I get a few more kisses.

In other news, I want to introduce you to a friend of my Mom's.

He's a Jack Russell Terror.  Uhm, Terrier.  Sorry, Freudian slip.  He's learning to be a set of ears for his mom,  Ms. E, who is a coworker of my Mom's. Good luck Audio and Ms. E!

Wednesday's Weekly Wrap Up

More cold equals less walkies for this Pei.  Mom and Dad do make sure I go out to do my business but who wants to stay outside in freezing rain, or -30 something windchill.  NOT ME that's for sure!

I did have one nice adventure this week.

Miss Jenn came to see me.  She's been my friend for ever so long and she gives great ear scratches.  Sigh.  She's one of my favorite people, outside my immediate family.  Anyway, Mom finally got a good picture of us and Miss Jenn said it was ok to post it.

She needed those nose kisses.  I could tell.  Then of course I had to be a gentlepei and help Mom drive her home.  Well wouldn't you know it, when we got to her house there was a C-A-T in her driveway so I had to bark and bay and howl to scare it away so Miss Jenn could go into her house without being attacked by the C-A-T.  (It was an unknown C-A-T, any of my cat blog friends I would trust with Miss Jenn, but not just any cat you understand.)  I don't think Mom appreciated my ferocity.  She was complaining about my yelling in her ear the whole way home.  Sometimes I don't think she understands me.  Sigh.

That's about all my news.  Looking after Mom, Dad and Puppy for the most part.  It's a tough job but somepuppy has to do it, right?  Everyone stay warm if you're in winter and stay cool if you're in summer!
